All project requests, timeline estimation commitments, and budget quotes generated via the Lightechouse website represent preliminary scoping reviews. Formal software development agreements are subject to separate master service agreements (MSAs) executed directly between Lightechouse and the client.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual assets, layout styling parameters, canvas render code blocks, and trademark wordmarks published on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Lightechouse. You may not extract or copy our web templates, CSS layout sheets, or animations without explicit studio authorization.
3. Website Reliability & Liabilities
Lightechouse maintains this website as-is to communicate digital innovation studio services. While we aim for excellent Core Web Vital benchmarks and uptime metrics, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free browser availability of marketing pages, and we disclaim liabilities for third-party hosting server drops.
4. Governed Jurisdiction
These terms, site visits, and form requests are governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
