Project Overview

Prodentix is a practice management system built for dental clinics. It unifies patient onboarding, clinical chart management, appointment scheduling, billing, and automated patient communications into a secure web platform.

Product & Business Objective

Reduce administrative overhead in busy dental practices, minimize patient no-shows through automated SMS reminders, and provide an EHR system for clinic staff.

Scope of Work

• Custom UI/UX workflow design for clinic receptionists, dentists, and hygienists.
• Multi-clinic data management with role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Interactive appointment calendar with drag-and-drop scheduling.
• Automated SMS and email appointment confirmation microservice via Twilio API.
• Patient billing, treatment plan tracking, and invoice generation engines.
